Upgrades to Django Acorn libraries to support Django/Wagtail 6.x and beyond. Better integration of basic site features such as email workflows (registration <-> login, password reset) and unified security (plugin based authentication that can be used for IdP passthrough for applications).

• Upgrade Wagtail Content Handlers to support the chooser / frontend architecture adopted in versions newer than Wagtail 4.x. Wagtail had one major chooser architecture refactor in 4.x, and another in 6.x.
• Upgrade Telepath components to utilize the new architecture and remove the dependency on jQuery. Wagtail is in the process of deprecating jQuery in favor of the Stimulus framework for building client extensions.
• Upgrade all chooser classes from Wagtail Content Handlers (wgtcontent) and Wagtail Foundation (wgtbase) to support the updated frontend and backend architecture.
• Create package versions for version 0.3 to support development spatial-imaging.tech
