Build image sharing network on top of Sonador using DICOMweb

Show feasibility of creating large scale cloud deployment and connecting individual clinical sites for pushing and pulling data into the network
Create jump boxes to help facilitate the connection of clinical sites
Create user-access permissions to enable role and row based locking of specific imaging resources so that patients can access and aggregate their scans across clinical sites
