PACS Integration and basic image processing pipelines

Demonstrate feasibility of authentication DICOMweb clients to a Orthanc/Sonador instance
Show that it is possible to push data to Orthanc/Sonador
Show that it is possible to pull data from Orthanc/Sonador
Demonstrate interoperation between Orthanc and Conquest PACS and 3D Slicer
Implement support in Sonador so that external PACS can be added to the instance via the administrative backend.
