Add oAuth 2.0 provider functionality (via Django oAuth toolkit) so that Acorn can itself be used for SSO
While GitLab will be used for SSO functionality by internal Oak-Tree users (contractors, employees, etc.), an SSO solution for external users without GitLab accounts is also needed. This will allow them access to systems like Discourse (which will be leveraged for community discussion), and Jira (for support and helpdesk requests).
oAuth provider functionality is available via the Django oAuth Toolkit. (Additional SSO functionality will be implemented for internal sites to access via an API endpoint, which allow for direct validation of credentials against the user database of Acorn.)
