Acorn instance preventing stylesheets to be inputted

Cannot input custom CSS, HTML, and JS stylesheets in Utah Consulting's deployment of Acorn. https://www.consultingutah.oak-tree.tech/admin/wgtcontent/stylesheet/

You can click "Add CSS" but in the input form under "Stylesheets" you cant input any code.

We need this website to be up and running as soon as possible.
