Vector Image Application Fixes: Uploads don't work, collection widget needs to be modified

Unable to Upload Vector Files

Due to changes in the StreamField model that were introduced in Wagtail 2.13, vector uploads no longer work. The upload icon in the main interface has disappeared (see screenshot #1 (closed)) and it's no longer possible to navigate to the vector upload tab after clicking on it.
