Incorporate 3D Slicer (or equivalent segmentation tools) into the image processing JupyterLab container

3D-Slicer is the defacto standard for segmenting medical images. It is usually installed on Linux, but can also installed in a server version.

It includes a plugin for use in Jupyter and JupyterLab. This should be installed into the JupyterLab image used for medical imaging for segmentation and visualization.
