Preserve server and navigation position (page/number of results) when switching between viewer and study list

When you switch between the viewer and the study list, OHIF does not remember the currently active server, navigational positions, or number of results that were opened. Preferences should be added to the viewer to preserve these so that re-tracing steps to a study does not require six, seven (or more clicks).

Requirements:

• Add URL parameters which can be used to store the state and navigation of the study list.
  • server: which Sonador server is currently active
  • page: currently active page
  • items: number of items per page to display
  • search: query parameters which should be included in the query to the DICOMWeb server
