Create an interface that allows for the headers shown in the viewer to be customized, save configuration to Sonador

Synedra allows for the customization of the headers in the display (refer to below). OHIF needs to allow for the fields to be customized. Similar behavior is needed in the Sonador Viewer study list.

Requirements:

• Provide controls which allow the display columns in the study list to be customized.
• A drop-down menu should be available in the interface that, when selected, displays a list of tags available from the server.
  • List of tags should be configurable and pulled from /cache/dcm-tags for the Orthanc instance.
  • If the active server is changed, the list of tags should be pulled again.
• When active, a tag should appear in the study list table.
