Add Series Label: provide tools to apply defined labels to a series (labels taken from Sonador/Orthanc labels API)

Previous title: add button to provide a "big check-mark of happiness".

Pevious text: Allow users to approve or label a particular series as acceptable (and allow the user to deselect an image if there was an error in the selection process). Button could include a title like "Approve series". After selecting it, place a noticeable green checkmark (or similar) in a prominent place on or near the series' thumbnail.

Part of #21 ("Look at me!" and "Label me!" workflow): Provide a component to "Add Series Label." Workflow:

  • When the "Add Series Label" is selected from the Study Viewer Toolbar, the label tool launches the "Add Series Label" dialog.
  • Series labels are retrieved from the Sonador/Orthanc Label API and used to populate the "Assign Label" Dialog Dynamically. The series label dialog should re-use the "Assign Label" dialog currently part of the annotations systems in OHIF. If no series labels are available for the groups for which the user is a member, then the "Add Series Label" button should not be visible.
  • The user selects a selects a label from the populated list and is then given the opportunity to add a comment. When finished, clicking on the "Okay" adds the label to the "Annotations" sidepane.
  • The set of labels in the sidepane can be saved to DICOM-SR and uploaded to Sonador/Orthanc by clicking on the "Save Measurements" button.
  • It is possible to label multiple series at one time within a single DICOM-SR document.

Purpose: provide a way to specify an individual series as "accepted" and ready to progress to the next phase of review.

  • Goal: create a new DICOM object which can be used to trigger automated actions in a workflow, such as segmentation.
  • Goal: create a permanent record which indicates when a series was accepted and who performed the review.
