Worklists: Study review UI

Goals:

• Provide a UI capable of notifying a radiologist, medical imaging technician, or another person that there are studies which need to be reviewed.
• Worklist items should be assigned to a user or a group.
• Allow for sorting by date/time, person assigned, etc.
• Provide a "review UI" for the viewer to load cases from a worklist and allow for a user to assign a status and "labels/annotations."
  • Labels need to apply to a series.
  • Review status needs to apply to the study.
• Annotations/labels should be captured as series comments.
