Display Software Name and Version

User shall be able to verify the name and the version of the software as “InfoVis Viewer” or "OHIF" and “X.X.X”. Where 'X' represents the values of the software version deployed.

Currently we can't show our internal name and version of the program. We do have a workaround, but we would like to have more convenient way to include internal name and version into e.g. about page, or separately have in on another accessible page/key combination for software validation, troubleshooting and other purposes.
