Provide a search interface which allows for users to query by specific DICOM tags (example: search imaging by service episode ID)

The viewer shall allow the user to search the images by case number. And organize a consistent study list for that case.

Initially this was covered by the list of studies and ability to review each study and was marked as done, but during testing and production support we faced many issues with the black screen bug that techs couldn't overcome. So, this requirement was updated to address the bug with the black screen, that messes up the entire study if at least one of the series/docs has issues. The idea here is to provide viewing of all other correctly uploaded and checked documents in the study and mark damaged, incorrect ones for technicians to be able to continue their job.
