Upgrade Orthanc advanced authorization plugin to version 0.8.1

The current implementation of the Sonador authorization engine is not compatible with the 0.8.1 version of the Orthanc plugin. The implementation needs to be analyzed (and probably discussed with Alain) to find a configuration and set of options that will allow them to work together without issues.

Development tasks:

• Create a new build of Orthanc which utilizes the most recent images from Orthanc Team and upgrades the Oak-Tree S3 plugin.
• Use the functional test suite to determine which endpoints are not working.
• Schedule an appointment with Alain to review the results of the test and determine what actions are needed (change in authorization engine logic, change in configuration, workarounds) will be needed to get the authorization working with the most recent build of Orthanc.
• While performing the assessment, special consideration should be given to finding a profile that allows for the OHIF 3 viewer and Orthanc Explorer 2 bundled with Orthanc to function alongside Sonador.
