Added PyVista and other libraries needed for working with 3D data
Pinned versions of JupyterLab and other core dependencies to prevent conflicts when updating
Moved to PIP install of VTK and ITK to maintain parity across S/N Windows and Linux environments
Move to PIP install of PyQt5
Updated TensorFlow to 2.4 from RC1
