Bugfixes needed for 2022-05 analytics images (Sonador AI / MONAI/ PyTorch)

Fixes:

  • README: added Docker Hub tag to Spark DL image
  • Removed Allen NLP because of conflicts with other packages
  • Install Sonador and client packages from repo rather than source
  • Added missing dependencies for MONAI and Sonador AI
  • Removed S3 contents manager integration (not used and caused compatibility issues)
