    Abstract base class and core template for a "Site Index" that takes into account HTML, JavaScript, and CSS that are attached via the "Site Structure" system provided by `wgtbase`.

* Navigation templates for Foundation for Sites and a `StreamField` UI which allows for the creation of [top-bar navigation menus](https://get.foundation/sites/docs/top-bar.html).
* Settings fields for Favicon and Wagtail admin icons.
* Updated JavaScript dependencies for Motion UI, Marked.js and added them as submodule dependencies.
  * `styles/motion-ui`
  * `jslib/marked`
* Core Acorn SCSS files allowing for Acorn's customizations (on top of Foundation) to be used by Wagtail Foundation sites.
