Add cover, author, and summary fields to the site index page
One of the most important page types in Acorn is the "Site Index" page. It is often used as the root of a site and contains a number of specialty blocks for aggregating content and defining the look and feel of the site.
It also happens to be one of the oldest parts of Acorn, and for that reason, doesn't have all of the same features that other parts of the platform support. This includes many of the SEO options that are available on other page types (such as the content page and blog post). The missing fields need to be added to the page.
