Sonador Quickstart Article: Getting started with container env, uploading data with CLI, checkout examples
Standalone article on Sonador posted to the Oak-Tree Development Blog that describes the architecture of Sonador and its primary components, the dependencies needed to experiment with the platform, where to find the imaging environment repository, and the steps to get started quickly.
By the end of the tutorial, users should understand how to:
- Clone the
imaging-env
repository and launch a minimal environment including Kafka, Orthanc, MinIO, Sonador, and JupyterHub. - Authenticate to Sonador using the development account (
dev01
), access the OHIF viewer, administrative backend, and Orthanc backend (via the Imaging Servers > Admin link). - Install the Sonador CLI tool and use it to bulk upload DICOM files to Orthanc.
- Access JupyterLab and load the Sonador client tutorial notebook.
