Support for "other image-uploading issues" (December 2023 placeholder) — duplicate of individually tracked upload issues

Disposition record — closed as duplicate on creation (2026-07-10). This issue exists to give a December 2023 planning placeholder a traceable resolution as part of the %Sonador Security Extensions: Access Control (SN MS1) milestone close-out.

Origin: the December 2023 planning issue oak-tree/medical-imaging/imaging-development-env#58 carried a parking-lot item, "implement support for other image uploading issues," deferred post-November 2023. No concrete scope was ever defined for it — not in the issue, its comments, or the milestone record.

Why this is a duplicate rather than open work: the upload capability itself was delivered in December 2023 (the OHIF → Orthanc upload interface, checked complete on oak-tree/medical-imaging/imaging-development-env#58), and every concrete upload-related problem identified since has been tracked as its own defect or feature issue rather than under a catch-all — for example #49 (query for recent uploads, open) and the study-list/upload-robustness work described in #80. A scopeless umbrella item duplicates that per-issue tracking practice without adding anything actionable.

Resolution: closed as duplicate of the individually tracked upload issues. Any future upload problem should be filed as its own issue with concrete reproduction/scope.
