Provide tools to review, filter, and remove items from error list

Part of #67. Refer to this comment for background. The first implementation of the unified error list doesn't provide tools to filter or remove items from the side-panel. Since the errors are stored in the client (browser), this is needed to prevent a long history from accumulating.
