Create authentication models and REST endpoints to manage resource grants for users as part of Sonador's updated ACL model.

  • API endpoints for the creation of ACL policies for user/group that apply to patient/study/series
  • Request endpoint for use by Sonador to determine which permissions apply to a specific request
