ACL endpoints which can be accessed via DICOM UID URLs

  • Added ACL endpoints which can be accessed via URLs which contain the DICOM UID rather than the Orthanc UID.
  • Refactored JSON logic for adding the DICOM UID to a mixin which can be shared by all ext views.
