Aim: Provide an interface which allows for users to review, comment, and tag studies/series. Provide advanced tools (based on access control) to download and delete studies and series. Display angle and other measurement tools in all views. Refer to oak-tree/medical-imaging/ohif-viewers#64 for details.

• Worklist UI: provide a list of studies that need to be reviewed by specific users of the platform
  • Tools for advancing forward and backward between cases to facilitate rapid review
  • Tools for marking the state of the "Worklist Item" as "Unread", "Reviewed", "Accepted", "Rejected."
• Tagging UI/Tools: provide tools to label individual series with tags (annotations)
